Adam Kitz began his legal career in Spokane, Washington, where his practice revolved primarily around estate planning and litigating probate and trust disputes. He joined RME&D in 2025 and has expanded his practice to include litigation in a wide variety of areas including boundary line disputes, construction defects disputes, and business litigation. Throughout his career has represented property owners, developers, small business owners, homeowner’s associations, quasi municipal corporations, and everyone in between.
Outside his professional life, Adam is passionate about music and writing, playing various instruments and working on novels. He and his wife, Hannah, recently welcomed their first son into the world. As a family, they enjoy supporting local sports teams and local restaurants.
