Associate Attorney - We are seeking a motivated associate to help serve our growing and diverse clientele. We value critical thinking, initiative, good writing, strong communication skills, loyalty and team spirit. The ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience and a drive to achieve results and help clients solve problems. Prior experience in State or Federal court civil litigation is required. Interest in real estate development, transactional work, business entity formation/dissolution and malpractice defense are all positives. You must be a member of the Idaho Bar or eligible for prompt licensure. Legal Assistant - We are seeking a legal assistant who is conscientious, motivated, organized and takes pride in their work. Related experience or education/training preferred, but not required. Must be willing and able to learn and apply relevant skills, pay attention to detail and strive to do a job correctly the first time. Must have initiative, a desire to see tasks through to their conclusion and an ability to multi-task. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook and have strong writing, spelling and grammar skills. Must be able to compose routine letters and edit, format and proofread correspondence, briefs, pleadings, contracts, deeds, etc. Familiarity with the Idaho and/or Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and/or legal citation rules is a big plus. Positive attitude and ability to communicate and work well with others are a necessity. This is a full time position. Pay DOE.
