Fernando Aceves is a son of Coeur d’Alene. He earned his undergraduate degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville in Eastern Ohio, and law degree from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan. While in law school, Fernando externed at the Michigan Supreme Court under the Honorable Justice David F. Viviano. He initially practiced at large firms in Detroit and Boise where his practice had a narrow focus on executive compensation and employee benefits law and has since expanded into business law, real estate, banking/fintech and civil litigation. Fernando’s practice focuses on serving RME&D’s Washington clients.
When not at the office, Fernando spends time with his wife and four children. He enjoys fly fishing, bike riding with his kids, running and discussing philosophical concepts.
