Marcus Johnson began his legal career in Boise, Idaho, and then moved north to join RME&D in 2018. His practice is diverse with a primary emphasis on real estate, including extensive practice dealing with land use and property development, defense of real estate broker/agent errors and omissions claims, easement disputes, title insurance claims, and civil litigation surrounding all aspects of real estate. He has previously represented property owners, developers, agents/brokers, title insurers, homeowner’s associations, cities, and everyone in between.
Marcus is also certified by the Idaho Real Estate Commission as an instructor of Real Estate Law, and teaches courses to real estate licensees (agents/REALTORS®/brokers) all over the State. When he is not at the office, Marcus can typically be found spending time with family and friends on Lake Coeur d’Alene, golfing, or skiing.
